Movement Vault will help you alleviate pain, decrease injury, improve your flexibility and mobility, and increase your performance in life in the gym. We offer thousands of effective stretching, and mobility follow along video routines. Our mobility workouts include the most effective and research based techniques including muscle and fascia release techniques, active stretches, and muscle activation techniques.
Movement Vault was created by Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Dr. Grayson Wickham.
If you have a body, we can help you optimize it. We have routines for every age, and movement level. If you’ve never stretched or worked out in your life, we have routines for you. If you are a high level athlete, we have routines for you. If you are somewhere in between, we have routines from you.
We have many different mobility workout types including:
Daily Classes: A new workout everyday. We have Flow days on Thursdays and Sundays. Flow days are full body and only a padded mat is needed. Designed to be performed before your workouts if you are working out, or can be performed at anytime.
Pre-Workout: Are designed to get you ready for your workout. Pre-workout routines are designed as your warm-up to get you ready for specific exercises such as: running, squats, lunges, deadlifts, push-ups, overhead press, and the list goes on.
Recovery: Are less intense and gentler routines. Recovery workouts will aid your body’s recovery on a rest day, or after a workout. They are also perfect for when you want a more relaxing routine.
Work Routines: Are short routines that are designed to be performed while you are working. They can be performed sitting at your desk or standing up at your desk. Work Routines are the perfect stretching routine to be performed when you neck and low back is aching from all of your work sitting.
Pain and Injury: Are workouts designed for specific injuries. Pain and Injury workouts have a sequence and progress throughout different workouts. You can think of these as rehab workouts.
Custom Routines: Are routines you create specific to your goals. We will Custom Routines in more detail in future emails.
We also offer a Virtual Mobility Assessment in our Apple App. Using our Virtual Mobility Assessment you will be able to find what joints and areas of your body you need to focus on and what joints and areas are moving well. The Virtual Mobility Assessment will generate a Total Mobility Score, as well as a score for every major joint in your body such as your hips.
