In order to continue to improve your mobility and maintain your mobility you need to stay consistent with your mobility practice. Movement Vault is the most effective and convenient way to achieve both.
If you stop now, and go back to the movement habits, posture, and lack of movement you previously had before incorporating Movement Vault into your life, you will start to regress back to your previous state. We wish it weren’t the case.
Think of this analogy: This would be like eating healthy for a certain period of time to lose weight or to improve health and then meeting your goal via diet changes. Maybe you needed to lower your cholesterol or lose 20 pounds. If you then stopped everything that got you to your goal and you reverted back to your previous diet, how do you think your health and weight would fare? Yep, your cholesterol would like to go back to what is was and your weight would go back to what it was.
Health is a lifelong journey. Incorporating a consistent effective mobility program is one of the healthiest habits you can have. By doing so, you will insure your joints are in the best health possible, as well as alleviating pain, decreasing injuries, and improving your flexibility and mobility.
