In order to switch your plans you need to know whether you upgraded to Movement Vault Premium using our website or using our iOS Apple app. For instance, you can not change or cancel your plan using our website if you upgraded using our iOS Apple App. If you upgraded to Premium using our iOS Apple App, you need to manage your subscription within the app. See directions below.
If you upgraded to Premium using the Movement Vault website:
You can access your subscription information through the 'Manage Subscription' page on the Movement Vault website at any time. To find this on the website:
Login here
Click ‘Profile’ from the sidebar menu if using desktop or from the expandable menu is on a mobile device
Click ‘Manage Subscription’
The ‘Membership’ field will display your current subscription. You change or cancel here.
The ‘Status’ field will show you whether you are still in your trial period, active, or active canceled. Active cancellation means that you have successfully canceled, but still have time remaining on your subscription that you previously paid for.
If you upgraded to Premium on our Apple App:
You can check the status of your trial or subscription through the Settings app on your device. If you have any trouble canceling or locating this spot in settings, please follow the instructions found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098
